2.Product Description
The corrugated guardrail is a combined corrugated plate movable steel guardrail used at the opening of the central separation zone of the highway. The guardrail consists of two corrugated steel guardrail panels and two columns fixedly clamped between them. The two columns are fixedly clamped between the two corrugated steel guardrail panels. During normal operation of the highway, the guardrail can be easily inserted into the pre-set plug-in hole at the opening using plug-in and pull-out columns to play the role of isolation and protection. At the same time, it echoes the guardrail belt on the outside of the highway, making it uniform and beautiful. When a vehicle collides with it, because the corrugated steel guardrail has good crash resistance and energy absorption, it is not easily destroyed, but at the same time it can play a very good role in protecting the vehicle and the passengers.
3.The corrugated guardrail is a system composed of a variety of parts. Its main components include:
(1)Corrugated guardrail board: This is the main part of the guardrail, which can be a two-wave guardrail board or a three-wave guardrail board.
(2) Columns: Columns are the main support structure of guardrails. They can be made of steel pipes or angle steel. The height and spacing can be set as needed.
(3)Anti-blocking blocks: Anti-blocking blocks are used to increase the stability and safety of the guardrail.
(4)Brackets: Brackets are used for the installation of auxiliary columns and can be divided into three-wave brackets and two-wave brackets.
(5)Terminal: The terminal is used at the end of each segment to play a protective role. It is divided into two-wave terminals and three-wave terminals.
(6)Column caps: Column caps are only used for round column connections, and are divided into 114 mm and 140 mm column caps.
(7)Splicing bolts: used to splice together various guardrail units.
(8)Connecting bolts: used to fix the end of the guardrail board and the column.
(9)Crossbeams: Crossbeams may be included in some designs to provide additional stability and support.
In addition, corrugated guardrails can also be divided into different types according to materials and surface treatments, such as galvanized guardrails, spray-coated guardrails, dipped-plastic guardrails, and flange column guardrails.

Three-wave corrugated guardrail board: length 4320mm, board width 506mm, wave depth 85mm, board thickness 4mm.
(2)Round column: diameter 140/114mm, column wall thickness 4/4.5mm, column length 1200mm/ 1500mm/ 1800mm/ 2150mm.
Square column: side length 130mm, wall thickness 6mm.
(3)Column cap: thickness 2/3mm, hole spacing 100/150mm, diameter 114/140mm.
(4)Anti-blocking block: 196*178*200mm, thickness is divided into 3mm/4mm/4.25mm/4.5mm. Bracket: 300mm long, 70mm wide, 4mm/4.5mm thick.
(5)Bolts: M16*170 / M16*150 / M16*50 / M16*42 / M16*35
5.Principle of wave guardrail:
(1)Corrugated beam guardrail is the main form of semi-rigid guardrail. It is a continuous structure with corrugated steel guardrail panels spliced together and supported by columns.
(2)It uses the physical deformation of the soil foundation, columns and beams to absorb the energy generated by the collision, and forces the out-of-control vehicle to change its driving direction, return to the normal road driving direction, and prevent the vehicle from running off the road. This plays a role in protecting vehicles and passengers and reducing accident losses.
