1.The function of rotating anti-collision guardrail:

  When a car is about to collide and rush towards the guardrail, due to the rotation of the roller, the impact energy of the car is converted into rotational energy parallel to the guardrail, achieving the effect of overcoming rigidity with softness. As a longitudinal energy-absorbing structure, the rotating anti-collision wave guardrail absorbs collision energy through self-deformation or vehicle climbing, thereby changing the vehicle's driving direction and preventing the vehicle from crossing the road or entering the opposite lane. This will minimize the damage to the occupants.

2. Installation method of rotating guardrail:

(1) When installing the rotating anti-collision guardrail, it is spliced to each other through splicing bolts and fixed to the columns or beams by connecting bolts. The splicing direction of corrugated beams is the key to installation. During construction, ensure that the overlapping direction should be consistent with the driving direction.
(2) The rotating anti-collision guardrail should be continuously adjusted during the installation process. Therefore, the connecting bolts and splicing bolts should not be tightened prematurely so that the long round holes of the corrugated beam can be used for timely adjustment during the installation process. This will allow it to form a smooth linear shape, thereby avoiding local unevenness.
(3) When installed, the top surface of the rotating anti-collision guardrail should be coordinated with the vertical curve of the road. And check the linear shape of the guardrail. When it is determined that the linear shape is relatively straight and smooth, the bolts can be tightened finally.

  The rotating guardrail adopts the "one column and four columns" method. By strengthening the performance and installation method of the columns and guardrails, it can effectively prevent cars from passing through the guardrail and driving out of the driving lane. It pioneered the use of a rotating structure to support the elastic, anti-collision and wear-resistant rotating barrel on the column, so that the rotating barrel can rotate freely on the column.
