Rolling system with "one upright four guardrails", can prevent the car through the fence, out of the driving lane effectively by strengthening the performance and installation of upright and guardrails. Rolling system use a rotating structure, install the roller barrier on the upright and make it rotate freely. This free rotation can disassemble the force of percussion from the car. And it will be adsorbed and reduced by the roller barrier effectively. So it can decrease the influence caused by traffic accidents. rolling system will create a new traffic protection way.
