The rotating anti-collision guardrail consists of a column, a rotating barrel, a U-shaped beam and a connector. All steel components are hot-dip galvanized to prevent rust. The columns are 1 meter or 0.7 meters apart, and two rotating barrels are installed on each column. The rotating barrel is made of EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) as the main material, and 17 auxiliary materials such as PE (polyethylene) and related chemical additives are added. It is produced under a certain temperature and pressure and has high flexibility. It has high heat resistance and high temperature resistance, and the continuous working temperature is between -60°C and 70°C.

Function of the rotating anti-collision guardrail: As a longitudinal energy-absorbing structure, the rotating anti-collision corrugated guardrail absorbs collision energy by self-deformation or vehicle climbing, thereby changing the direction of the vehicle, preventing the vehicle from going off the road or entering the opposite lane, and minimizing the damage to the passengers. It is particularly effective in preventing vehicles from going off the road or crossing the central dividing strip into the opposite lane, and preventing vehicles from getting out from under the guardrail; in the event of a collision, the degree of damage to the passengers will be greatly reduced.
Installation of rotating anti-collision guardrail:
1) Post: driven into the roadbed, which is the main force-bearing component.
2) Beam: used to connect the posts and fix the rotating barrel.
3) Rotating barrel: fixed between the upper and lower beams, can rotate around the post, the main materials are EVA (ethylene-ester copolymer) and polyurethane.
4) Sleeve: installed on the inner wall of the rotating barrel, the contact part of the rotating function.
5) Turning ring: installed between the rotating barrel and the beam, balance and promote rotation.
6) Connecting frame: used for connecting between beams.
7) U-shaped frame: connects the beam and the column, used to fix the beam.
8) Pad buckle: lined with the beam, connected to the U-shaped frame.
9) Hoop: connects the beam and the column, used to fix the beam, suitable for specific models.
10) Reflective strip. It is a reflective film, pasted on the rotating barrel, which plays an inductive role.
